There’s no doubt that the seeds that blossom into the adults we become are planted in childhood. In my case, I can say that I certainly wouldn’t be who I am if those seeds hadn’t been planted in the fertile soil that was Kinderland Curitiba.
I was a curious, creative child, with an aptitude for areas related to languages and the humanities. And thanks to the space and stimuli I received during my basic education, these aptitudes translated into skills that I still cultivate today in my personal life, in the form of hobbies, or in my professional life, as a sociologist.
I’m currently doing an internship at Deutsche Schule Curitiba’s kindergarten and it’s a great joy to help keep alive the spirit of this school; it is much more than just an institution, but a life experience.
